When I dropped, I followed the Guinness World Record rules and went back behind the drop point before I started again. The beanbag rolled forward a fair amount on this drop, so I probably lost about 15 seconds.<BR/><BR/>So yes, you can drop and still set the record, as long as you go back behind the drop point before you continue joggling.
